Lucid Dreaming: Discover a Whole New World
Did you know that all of your most cherished dreams are just a good night's sleep away? Lucid dreamers share one of the greatest secrets of modern living. They have discovered a whole new universe-a universe within. They have learned to wake up in their dreams. They fly, explore unknown worlds, live out their deepest fantasies, have profound spiritual experiences, and gain precious insights about themselves. With a little practice, you too can learn to lucid dream! Here are some popular techniques people use for learning to wake up in their dreams: 1) Throughout the day, ask yourself if you are dreaming. But don't stop there, because you may ask yourself and decide you're awake when you're actually dreaming. Look at some words near you, look away, then look back at the words. Did the words change? If so, you are dreaming. 2) As you are falling asleep, stay focused on remembering that you are about to enter into a dream. 3) While awake, visualize yourself being in a dream, becoming aware that you are dreaming. 4) Wake up an hour earlier than you usually do. Stay awake for an hour, then go back to sleep. As you are falling asleep, stay focused on your intention to have a lucid dream. This technique is particularly effective, because we have more dreams at the end of our night's sleep cycle. 5) Believe that you can learn to lucid dream! Top Five Journal Exercises
Keeping a journal is a form of creative expression that enhances the creativity coaching process. Keeping a journal develops emotional awareness, reinforces self-esteem and aids in problem-solving. Keeping a journal also provides a written record of artistic growth, struggle and change. Here are some basic exercises that I use throughout the creativity coaching process.
The Source of Growth and Creativity
Bare attention (to objects, people and circumstances) is what brings order in this world and in your personal world. If you know how to move your attention without the involvement of mind, positive creation happens as a result. Attention is literally a life response whereas mind is reaction out of memory and reaffirmation of the past. Attention is not same as thinking mind but it constitutes pure awareness moving itself through different objects without creating friction.

Taking it Step by Step: Combining Intuition, Spiritual Purpose, and Creativity
Something I have always found helpful is taking affirmative
action where the universe and my path in life are concerned.
Many years ago when I first read Louise Hay's You Can Heal Your
Life, one thing she said stuck in my mind; always put your order
in to the Universe. How do you receive what you want if you
never place your order? It's like going to a restaurant. I
found this concept very powerful at the time and continue to use
it today. One way I do that is by affirming to the Universe that
I am taking steps to achieve my goals. I do this through the
hands-on creative process of creating stepping stones. Not only
have I been making these stones for several years, but I teach
this process to others as well. It is a powerful spiritual
exercise.
